FINANCIAL SERVICES: F/T Financial Services Senior Administrator

Candidates must have experience of working within an IFA or Financial Adviser.

This position suits an experienced financial services administrator looking for their next career move.

Competence level required

Experienced PA / IFA Sales Support / Administrator. Due to expansion we are now looking for a sales support administrator to join our team and provide administration support to the department heads and PA support to the Principal.

  • PA qualifications such as a Diploma in Administrative and Secretarial Procedures, desirable
  • A proven understanding of financial services and administration procedures.
  • A proven understanding of compliance procedures behind case processing.
  • Proven skills numeracy and accurate data
  • Key areas of responsibility 
  • Commissions and register management
  • Making appointments, diary management, appointment preparation
  • Telephone answering and greeting clients
  • Assisting with overarching management of company departments
  • Adhering to compliance procedures and company policy
  • Accurate assistance with new online application processing when required
  • Suitability letter/file checking before submitting to Bankhall for compliance check
  • Pipeline chasing, client, adviser and lender liaison when required
  • Seeing cases through to completion
  • File closure and filing
  • Preparing and minuting client and internal meetings
  • The applicant must be a proficient administrator, organised with good communication skills, be able to work happily within a team and under their own initiative, occasionally under pressure.

 

MOA full- time hours of business are: 9 am to 5.30 pm, 1 hour lunch
